What do we do?
- Consultation with employers to determine needs.
- Screen all potential candidates by webcam landline or in person prior to promoting them to you.
- Organise a Skype, Zoom, or Teams interview of potential employees.
- Help negotiate employment contract – Employer-Employee.
- Help guide you through the visa process as well as providing all documents required for an employer to support a work visa application, with the assistance of the Licensed Immigration Advisers.
- Provide an on-going liaison service with both client and employer to ensure they settle in as smooth as possible.
- Complete POEA Compliance (for Filipino applicants only) – each applicant requires an exit clearance before they can leave the Philippines and we assist with this process as part of our service.
